About Credit/Debit Card

All monetary amounts are processed in USD; available credit or debit card brands include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. For clarity before action is needed, the terms below give customers a clear view of credit and debit card payments; customers can readily identify what happens next. Payment credentials are processed securely by Shopify and participating providers, not kept by us as complete account numbers or card verification values. A bank or card provider can request verification, place a pending authorization, or decline payment. Within this process, the customer is responsible for accurate payment-contact information.

Authorization, Tax, and Refund Timing

Applicable taxes are calculated and collected when the law requires. Where applicable, an order may be reviewed or cancelled if authorization fails or fraud screening shows material risk. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. As part of the same standard, the financial institution may take additional time to post it.
